Hot on the heels of an amazing turnout of NEU members at Manchester Pride, we are now excited to extend an invitation to our first LGBT+ social event of the school year on Saturday 11th October! This will be a day that offers something for everyone so please do come and join us, meet your fellow LGBT+ educators from across the North West Region, and find out more about how we can all contribute to making our schools and colleges safer and more inclusive.

A note on accessibility:
John Rylands Library describes itself as fully accessible with lift access to all floors, large print descriptions available and an accessible toilet.
Walking tour involves a small amount of walking between each point of interest. Seated or standing talks are five to ten minutes per stop-off, and there are places to sit at most if not all stop-offs. All locations are in and around Canal Street.
New York New York is an accessible venue but currently has no designated accessible toilet.
